I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified 500-hour yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in yoga and meditation. My sessions integrate traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, meditation, and gentle mind-body practices that support healing on both psychological and physiological levels.
What to Expect
Each 50-minute or 75-minute session is tailored to your individual needs and comfort level. We’ll blend evidence-based therapy with somatic awareness practices to help you find balance, presence, and relief.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed—sessions are always guided by where you are and what feels right for you.
Therapeutic approaches may include:
Trauma-Informed Therapy – Exploring how past experiences shape present patterns and gently creating space for healing.
Mindfulness-Based Techniques – Cultivating awareness, reducing stress, and supporting emotional regulation.
Yoga-Informed Therapy – Integrating breath, movement, and grounding practices to release tension and stored trauma.
Somatic Awareness Practices – Reconnecting with the body’s wisdom to support nervous system regulation and self-understanding.
Cognitive and Strength-Based Approaches – Shifting unhelpful thought patterns and fostering resilience.
Session Details
Therapy sessions are available virtually via Zoom or in-person on the Connecticut shoreline for accessibility, flexibility, and comfort.
50-minute sessions are designed for talk therapy and integrated mind-body work.
75-minute sessions are available for those who wish to incorporate more movement, yoga, or extended grounding practices into their sessions.
No yoga or meditation background is required—just an openness to explore.
Fees
I am in network with several insurance providers in both Connecticut and New York, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (CT & NY), Aetna, Carelon, Anthem EAP, and Cigna.
For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
I also offer a sliding scale to help keep therapy accessible.
